PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE IN THE MOUNTAINS!

All cabins are completely equipped for your comfort. With the quiet and peaceful surroundings, you will have the vacation of your dreams. All rates include the hospitality tax. There is no maid service offered. Laundry Facility available in shower house building.

NO CABINS ARE HELD THERE MUST BE A DEPOSIT PUT DOWN FOR US TO BOOK IT FOR YOU.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You are responsible for reading and following the below instructions

IMPORTANT NOTE: 2 Night minimum if booking more than 20 days out. If you have to cancel you need to cancel both days.

New Nightly Rental Policy 2019: You must pay a 1 night deposit when you make your reservation. Our cancelation policy is as follows: You will need a valid Credit Card at time of reservation, Cancelations or date changes must be made 20 days before your arrival, You must send a cancelation or date change request, via email followed by a phone call. If you do not cancel or change dates 20 days before arrival, your card will be charged the full amount for the dates you originally reserved.

• NO refund for early departures once checked in at office.
• The above is clearly posted in the store at the reservation area.
• PETS WILL NOT TO BE LEFT IN OR AT CABINS!
• These prices include a 7% Montana State hospitality tax.
• There is a flat $25 NONREFUNDABLE pet cleaning fee. Maximum 2 Dogs Allowed.
• NO CAMPERS, MOTOR HOMES, or sleeping accommodating vehicle’s allowed.
• Campers and or Motor Homes must be parked in one of the parking lot areas.
• THIS AREA HAS NO CELL SERVICE OR WI-FI SERVICE.

Additional notes:

• If cabins have max persons they are not allowed a pet.
• One week is 6 nights 7 days.
• Check in after 2 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m.
• CABINS 1-8 ARE BASED ON SIX PERSONS OCCUPANCY
• SINGLE CABIN IS BASED ON A FOUR PERSON OCCUPANCY
• DELUXE CABIN IS BASED ON TEN PERSON OCCUPANCY
• CABINS ARE TO BE PAID FOR IN FULL WHEN YOU CHECK IN

NEW Cabins Policy

Cleaning fee will be Minimum of $25.00 for each item not done when checking out of the cabin. ;

• 1. Dirty Dishes
• 2. Dirty walls
• 3. Remove all Trash
• 4. Remove pet hair from bedding and furniture
• 5. Remove pet food from the floors
• 6. Put furniture back where it was when you checked in
